This is the heart of what I do with Mindful Money Coaching. Working together for three months I will guide you to understand your money habits.
The four week core
My core coaching programme consists of four one-hour sessions (in person of by zoom or skype) in which we explore your relationship with money. This process will help you to understand your underlying patterns and behaviours around money.
The Money Coaching Process is highly experiential and during these sessions you will learn how you are “hardwired” around money in ways that are generally not fully conscious. By the end of the fourth session, you will have a clear understanding of your core money patterns and their origin and can begin to work on your Money Coaching Action Plan.
Beyond the core
From here, we move forward to see how those patterns are manifested in your life today and how they are impacting you personally and financially. For the rest of the three month coaching programme I will be working with you to put your plan into action. Each week we will review the actions you’ve taken, the results you’ve had and set actions for the coming week.
